Because of the thicker film and the slower drying speed of the true stone and texture coatings, the phenomenon of whitening of the film caused by alkaline flooding and poor film formation is easy to occur in the construction under such complicated weather conditions, and the rainmark is difficult to recover due to the bad film formation.
As the weather gradually turns cold, into the frost season, in this weather situation, should pay attention to the coating products construction weather and temperature conditions, especially thick products. It is suggested that the following points should be noted when constructing genuine stone paint, textured paint and multicolor paint.
1, standby materials should be stored in warehouses above 5 C or with thermal insulation facilities.
2. Attention should be paid to the curing time and construction technology of putty during the construction of external walls. Putty layer requires sprinkling maintenance 1~2 times, pH value is less than 10, moisture content is less than 10%, and then priming construction.
3, attention should be paid to temperature changes during construction. Construction and drying of the process of film formation should be above 5 C, humidity less than 80%, general construction drying should be controlled in about 6 hours. Please grasp the drying time, during construction and drying process, pay attention to prevent rainwater leakage.
4. The construction of real stone paint and texture paint at low temperature and one-off thick film construction are easy to cause the quality problems such as slow film forming and affecting film performance. In order to avoid such problems, the construction scheme of thin spraying twice in winter should be adopted as far as possible. After being dry, the construction can be carried out for the next time to ensure the stability of film drying.
5. The same wall should be constructed with the same batch of materials as far as possible, so as to avoid multiple batches of materials for the same wall. If it is unavoidable to have two batches of materials on the same wall, please try to arrange a small number of batches of materials on the back or concave-convex wall surface is appropriate.
6. Coatings should be painted for at least 48 hours after construction and completely dried, and the matching finish should be painted according to the product requirements. When storing all kinds of product coatings in DAD system, please pay attention to keeping the product sealed and stored indoors, and ensure that the indoor temperature is kept above 5 degrees Celsius, so as to avoid unnecessary loss caused by freezing.
